Nour Chehade

Nour Chehade is a junior lawyer within the firm’s dispute resolution team. She works on litigation and arbitration matters, as well as advisory work, with a particular focus on commercial, construction, maritime, and infrastructure disputes.
Her experience covers proceedings before Qatari courts and arbitral institutions, including enforcement matters, urgent interim relief applications, construction delay claims, contractual disputes, and nullity actions.
Nour is currently expanding her field of expertise by pursuing an LL.M. in Digital Law and Technology at UCLy, with a focus on technology regulation, artificial intelligence, IP law, and the legal challenges arising from digital transformation.
