Fathi Mourad holds a law degree from Cairo University (Faculty of Law). Fathi has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2009 and has extensive knowledge of the law and judicial system. Fathi provides legal advice on all aspects of Qatari law and oversees that organizations are in compliance with all regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Fathi is actively involved in various litigation matters before the Civil and Commercial Court of the Qatar Financial Centre mainly, construction, commercial disputes and labour disputes. Fathi assists companies and businesses in litigation matters related to construction, commercial, real estate, intellectual property, banking and compliance matters. He drafts and reviews contracts and ad hoc legal documents including franchise agreements, construction agreements, services agreements, sales and purchase agreements, residential and retail agreements, shareholders agreements and joint venture agreements.
