Chafic works as legal advisor and litigator and represents international and local entities in Qatar and abroad in various high-profile domestic and international civil and commercial cases and cross-border legal transactions, and he is counsel to management teams and Board of Directors on corporate, contractual, banking and financial and other significant regulatory, corporate, commercial and transactional affairs.
